V/A - Whirl-Y-Wave

This was the first in a series of Whirl-Y-Gig compilations, collecting very rare or exclusive contributions from Banco-de-Gaia, Astralasia, Another Green World, Transglobal Underground & AZukx. Two tracks receive subtle re-workings, namely 'Amber' by Banco-de-Gaia and 'Lift' by AZukx, whilst Astralasia's anthem 'Hashishin' ('To a Better Place') gets a stomping hard-trance makeover courtesy of DJ Monkey Pilot. Transglobal Underground provide one of their better tracks in the shape of 'Mambo On' but the stand out gems have got to be 'Transistory World' by Sali Sidibe & the spiraling hypnotic 'Dub for Joy/Iza Wiggle' from Another Green World.

Classic 90s global/ambient techno- slip yr skin and enjoy.
